there isnt a product out there to cater to your use of eyeliner, because IT DOESNT LOOK GOOD TO APPLY IT TO THE INSIDE RIM OF YOUR EYE! the idea of eyeliner is to give the impression that you have full lashes that come together and form a line of sorts. this is what you should be simulating, on your lash line...not IN your eye! it only makes you look like you have conjunctivits, or like maybe you work in the parking lot at night at truck stops.

I use my liner right in my lashes and inside the rim. I never have to reapply.

Beauticontrol
Color Freeze Eye Liner ( I like all three colors of smoke cl-7346, midnight cl-7347 or espresso cl-7348

or

Eye defining pencils I like the plummeria cl-12685

Find a consultant in your area by doing a google on Beauticontrol. Or you can use my web site. I do rebates for on-line orders...but it really doesn't matter to me.

Get a consultant that will do a makeover with you so you can try the liners for free. Try Avon and Marykaye to see if you like their liners any better. Any consultant worth a grain of salt will do a makeover for free.

Then try the mall at all the makeup counters. Discuss your issue and let them apply something to try.

Then decide. After all that, if you want the discount order from
www.beautipage.com/sacevedo. You will get a 10% discount in the mail.

Good luck!!! Have fun.

PS Your liner problems might be from allergies. If you try all the above and nothing helps.... think about going to an allergist.. Especially if your eyes itch, water quite a bit, or are excessively dry.

Also consider drawing your liner in the lashes for more staying power.

Usually liquid eyeliners are easiest to apply there and will stay put once they dry. The "stick" eyeliners can be too rough or smudge a lot easier. I used to wear my eyeliner like that when I was younger and I really liked liquid the best--just needs a steady hand and a backup of eye makeup remover just in case!
Mary Kay has a really nice black liquid eyeliner you may wish to try! You can check out my site below. . .

I have done that for many years and used mannyyy different types of eyeliners. But sadly, they all fade after time. I think it's because our inner rims constantly get wet with the wetness from our eyes. So really, no eyeliner, waterproof or not, could help.
I'm sorry.

Gel eyeliners work well. MAC and Napoleon sell gel liners in little tubs that you paint onto the inner rim. I use Napoleon China Doll liner on my clients for weddings as it DOESNT BUDGE. Again though if you are allergic then maybe nothing will stick. Go to a MAC or Napoleon counter and ask them to try it on you and explain your issue. Don't let them sell it to you straight away say you need to wear it to see if it moves.

are you talking about liquid eyeliner? i hope not cause that wouldn't work for sure.

because i know for a fact that my sister used to do the rims underneath her eyes, she used a pencil eyeliner by Cover Girl, and the opposite tip of the liner is a sponge to better blend in the color.

its really good and it didn't smear, if you don't rub your eyes of course.

any eye liner will do but the trick is to set it. find a black eyeshadow (the blacker the better0 preferably not a glitter one and using a small make up brush gently apply over your eyeliner. If you don't rub your eye's it will stay put till you was it off.

i've tried all kinds of eyeliners for that, from $1 pencils from cvs, to $20 from sephora and nothing seems to stay all day. what i do is use a small eyeshadow brush and put a little black eyeshadow over the liner and it stays put all day :)
