I don't know offhand how to determine how much memory is available, but I do believe it's possible. If you can't allocate 64K of memory, then trap the exception when it fails and try allocating 64K of file space, manipulate the file to achieve what you want. It might be slower and more cumbersome, but it will get the job done.

use a VIA Raid tool and then for your memory .. go to start>>settings>>control panel>>system >>>and then go to advanced..
