meaning you would NEVER get married? ( a promise you made to yourself or God)

I was married for 20 years and now have been divorced for 7 years. Once was enough for me. My ex is happily remarried and we are better friends now.

I married twice and am now sworn off . A promise that i made to myself i don't think God really cares if I'm married or not .3 years still single .Eventually ; well who knows but for now I'm happy to be free.

I didn't exactly swore off marriage, I just refused to get married again unless it was someone that would be just right for me. I have had a lot of proposals but I have not found someone else in twenty six years that I could honestly see myself being married to.Maybe I'm picky or just won't settle for less.

Yes I did. I have dated and been in several relationships but as soon as they were getting serious to the point of reaching a marriage level I ended them. I am now currently engaged, have been with my fiance for almost 4 years and even though I swore I'd never do it again, there is just something about him that wont let me go.....
