If you want a better shoe to ball in, then go for the AJ VII. Especially the nice Olympic colorway with Jordan's number 9. And this year also marks the 15th anniv of the 1992 Dream Team. But if you want a more up-to-date(in terms of Retro issues), then buy the AJ V.

Dude, definitly go with the VII. In my opinion, they are the best looking shoes out of all the Jordan line. I have 3 pairs of them. One in blue, one in green, one in yellow and i ALWAYS get complements about them. They're also really, really great for playing basketball in and aren't just for looks. I'd definitly go with the VII's if i was you
