I run about three to four miles a day, and by the second I have blisters all over my feet. Not small ones but large ones as big as quarters. I have tried different shoes and socks. Is there something I can do to keep that from happening?
-Thank you

I'm a nurse who used to work 12-14 hours a day. My feet would blister and i'd end up with ingrown toenails (gross I know).
I tried several kinds of shoes too. Honestly, I would get some Dr. Sholes insoles for your shoes. The exrta padding really helped me. Also, in time, the skin on your feet will get tougher and running will be easier on you.
Good luck!
