We have overhanging eaves on our house and there are vent holes about 1 ft. apart with screening on the inside. Birds have pulled away the screening on 2 holes and have built nests for the past 2 years inside the eaves. I can't figure out how to put new screening up on the interior without taking the eaves apart. If I put screening on the outside, it will look hideous.

The holes are about 1-1/2" in diameter.

They are round.

Just staple to new screen neatly over the outside, and cover the edges with small strips of wood. Do it right away. Those nesting birds are not tidy house guests.

I would need to know the shape and size of the holes to give you a good answer
