Nope, just feels like a game between 2 teams that have become great rivals over the last few seasons. It wouldn't matter if one team was 1st in the East and the other was 15th, they still play each other awesome.

No. Not at all since fighting is now a rarity (yawn) in the play-offs. Esp. ones involing the goalkeepers.
