I am 13 and there is this jerk boy who does jerking things like trying to touch my chest and he'll come up close to me and look down in, and he'll come up behind me and pinches my butt. He thinks he's funny. My friends say he just wants my attention. I want him to stop. I don't want to be a nark or a snitch. So I have not told on him. Besides that, what can I do?

No one has the right to impose upon your private space in this way. No one has the right to touch you with out your consent and no one has the right to make you feel so uncomfortable like this. Your body is your body and you have the right to protect it and prevent others from doing so.
I know that you have said that you do not want to be a snitch, but it is you body you are talking about. This boy has no right to do this. And, if you do not stop him, he may continue to think that his behavior is appropriate. You need to tell someone who can be in a position of authority over the boy who can prevent this. It may seem hard, but you need to accumulate the courage and will power to go do this. Good luck

Okay...can I say sexual harassment? Pervert? That's VERY disrespectful and if he ever does it again I would tell him you're TELLING. It's not called being a nark or a tattle tail, that's just rude! I'm sure others know he's doing it, and if you don't tell who knows, they might start saying you must like it. I have a 13yr old daughter and if she told me this I would so lay into that damn kid! What the hell is his problem?? There are other ways of letting a girl know you like her. Pass her a note GEEZ! He is totally violating you. Adults go to jail for that!

try telling him 'Do that to me again and it's gonna be the last time you touch anything.'. That worked on this guy that kept touching all my stuff and other stuff. Talk to your principal or counselor coz this is a serious thing. You'll get the last laugh when you see him going to STC.
