well trying to have a baby. and calculated my ovulations days and did a pregnancy test but it come up neg? my periods aren't due till the 29th of this month! does that mean i'm not pregnant or is it to early. don't feel well, have lots of morning sickness, well all day and am tried. some people says it depends when you ovulate?? so should i be sad or just wait until my periods are due and do another one?

I am in the same situation :) My period due 25 and I have been moody worse than I ever had, but test (i do it everyday since Monday) still negative. I wish good luck both of us!!!

If you do not chart or monitor your fertility in any way, and you think you may have conceived, you should wait 19 days (or longer) after having sex to test. Why 19?! Sperm can live approximately 5 days in the proper environment; if the sperm managed to live until you popped an egg, the actual conception could have taken place several days after the sex act that got the sperm there. To make sure you're not testing too early, assume the sperm had very long lives (5 days is considered a very long sperm life) and that conception occurred then. Then allow 14 days for the embryo to implant and develop enough hCG to show up on a pregnancy test (96% of pregnant women will test positive by then.)

Maybe u should wait till ur period is due. Your hcg now is not high enough for the normal pregnancy test to detect. If ur period is due and results still shows negative, u should wait for another 3 days to test. The best is to wait for more than a wk before u test again becos sometimes it could be due to some 'off-period' days. However, if by then ur period still haven come and u r still experiencing those symptoms, you may wan to consult ur doc for a blood test. Wish u the best of luck!

It's too early. The best thing to do is to test the day that you expect your period, and if you get a negative, wait for a few days after. If you're still getting negatives, and don't have your period, you may want to make an appt. with your doctor to have a blood test done. Good luck!! I hope it all works out for you!

Wait until your period is late, and then test. if it is negative wait a few days and test again. It may just be too early to tell.

Wait until you miss your period, then you will get more accurate results. I have taken tests before that were negative, and then waited a few more days and then came up positive.

i think it's too early to tell wait till the 29th and then take it again then get it professionally done no matter what the test says

if you get a period your more than likely not pregnant i dont believe tests i was pregnant for 21/2 months and had 8 home tests comeout negative in that time.. you could be

You could still be pregnant even though it came out neg...the hcg in your system may be too low thus giving you a neg result....Wait a week and retest..and hope you feel better..Good Luck!

You need to wait till your period is due or late. Then the HcG levels in your urine will be at a higher level.
