Any suggestions in budgeting for newlyweds that is good for 2 mos.?

Do have any suggestion in budgeting for newlyweds that is good for 2 months? Assuming that the monthly income is just $315. Expenditures include water, electricity, phone, groceries, etc. Car maintenance is excluded. I just need a budget breakdown.

On Oprah they talked about this:

Housing should be 35% of your monthly income
Transportation should be 15%
Savings should be 10%
Debt should be 15%
Other expenses should be 25%
