I like it a lot but Ciara is normally pronounced with an s and that might confuse some people. I would spell it Kiara.

instead of Ciara, perhaps, Kiara or, Kyara would be easier to understand and pronounce the way you want.

Yes I like the name Kiara pronounced that way. I prefer it with a K for a girl. As for middle names I like:

I personally do like it but I do not hate it either. I think it would be confusing with the spelling. Someone I know named her daughter Keira (keer-ah) and her middle name is Nicole. I think it would sound well with this name you have chosen as well.

I like the pronunciation, but not spelled that way. It will always be mis-pronounced. I like Kieara much better for spelling.
Kieara Michelle sounds pretty.
