About a million if you are more mature than them! It makes me laugh (afterwards) to think that the little sprog should blame me for giving her all her faults. Emotional pain is for near death situations, unless you've had a kid on the cancer wing you and I probably don't know real pain. The most annoying thing (I find) is when they trample on your principles and question whether or not things you hold dear might not be garbage!

Yes. When someone criticizes your parenting skills when you're breaking your neck AND having a headache to raise your kids well. Especially when that someone is your co-parent. Ouchie. I liked it better when he stood by quietly watching. (He's a step parent and we have a newborn) Things are getting better. When my daughter tries that, I tell her not to raise me, I've already been raised.

Pointing out and noticing your own flaws is worse. Even when others don't notice or care.

Yes, when other people point out flaws in your children or you as a parent.
