It means you should have spent more time on school work and grammar and less time sleeping around. If you can't spell pregnant you should be pregnate.

I have heard when you dream its a girl then it will be a boy and vice versa...I dont think there is any truth to that though..just an old wives tale! But you never know~~~ Good Luck!

it means shes thinking about it to much i had a dream when i wqas 16 that i was pregnant that i had twins a girl then a boy and at 19 i had one child, a boy

it could possibly mean that you are having a girl. my ex mother in law predicted everything about my first pregnancy, and she was right about everything....the sex, when i was goin to have her, what time, and how much she weighed! it could also mean nothing, just a dream! its a 50/50 chance.
