I am a 33 year old guy. Sometimes when I go to the mall with my wife, some of the younger girls have cute butts. Is it ok to sneak a peek when I see them walk by?

If you watch the booty, you're being unfaithful to the wife.
(And for clarity's sake, I don't mean the sort of glance that identifies something you saw out of the corner of your eye and then looks away when it's identified: I mean looking at it when you don't need to, or watching it and thinking about it.)
Is ogling teenage girls really the best thing you can do with your life? Have you none of the normal occupations of adults, ie a job, housework, a hobby?
I know you do: you're married. And you're on Y!A.
Both of which are entirely more wholesome than obsessing about something as meaningless, temporary, and sometimes smelly as youthful behind-parts.
If you need something to do, find a church: they've no shortage of wholesome service opportunities.

Its ok but dont let your wife see i mean you are a guy and you are going to look no matter what i wouldnt get mad..but please make sure the younger girls are not too young then that would make you a freaking nasty perv ok

I'm way older than you and I am always catching myself looking at girls breast when I'm walking through the mall. Guess that makes me a dirty old man, huh.

you know you are going to do it wether or not we say yes or no. you are a guy, and guys like to look at boobs, butts, legs, and people having sex. guys never stop looking at other women even when they are married, and even do it in front of their wives! just think how you would feel if your wife was caught staring at other men. i mean if YOU caught her! you would feel so crushed, inadequate and your ego would be so hurt. just like you wife will start feeling inadequate, unattractive and unwanted if you start looking at women half her age. god, use your brain!

If they have "Juicy" or "Pretty Baby" written across the cheeks, then yes. If they are dressed as proper young ladies, then I'd try to refrain.
