Use foundation to cover freckles and try new color makeup. Use a black eyeliner and some colorful shadow.

Aww! I used to have freckles and I hated them. Now I don't, and I want them back. I think they are soooo adorable!! I guess we always want what we don't have, right?
The best thing to do is go to Rite Aid, or Ulta, and buy some new, fun colors. Play around with different looks and see what you like. You could also ask a friend, or someone at a makeup counter who's look you like to help you find colors that would best fit you. I love going to M.A.C. because those gals and guys know what they are doing. Be specific about the look you're trying to achieve.
There are also a lot of great books about the art of makeup. I HIGHLY recommend anything by Kevyn Aucoin, he's simply a genius!! Laura Mercier and Bobby Brown's got some great books as well.
Remember, practice makes perfect!! Don't be afraid to experiment with color!!

take a day to yourself, go to the mall, and ask for a make-up artist at like MAC or Bare Minerals or Clinque. They'll help give you the colors that look best on you and will find you a foundation that'll cover up your freckles. Thats the best way to make yourself look better!

=] hope it helps!

get some different makeup and use colors that enhance your eyes and things you like about your face. if you don't know what you like...play around with the colors and find what looks good on you. loreal has eyshadows that come with 4 colors and they cover really well and are inexpensive...good for practice! If you want to cover your freckles...get a good foundation and/or concealer.
good luck and have fun!

well to star off, treat yourself better, if you have freckles embrace them. if theyre too much for you, try a chemical peel (with a pro) or a at home kit ($$)

as for you acne, to minimize it wash your face with a good cleanser and don't touch your face throughout the day (germs) and then follow by using a toner (minimizes pores and oil)

if your eyeliner is brown and dont like it, don't use it! try black, very flattering to anyone.

You have to take the focus off of the part of your face you like the least, and bring the focus to the parts you like.
First make sure you have good skin care, so that your "canvass" is smooth and a good foundation to start on. If your skin looks bad, so will your face. Use a skin cleanser specified to your skin type and a matching moisturizer. Also a foundation that is made for your skin type can really help with the freckles to reduce their visibility.
You don't like your eyeliner, so experiment with new colors or application techniques to make your eyes really "pop" and look thier best. My website has a link for make up application tips that may be of help to you.
So find one or two focal points of your face that you think you could make look thier best. Lips can usually be really brought out with lipliner and a good gloss. Use the liner on the ENTIRE lip (top and bottom and fill it in) and use the gloss ONLY in the middle of the top and bottom lips, not out to the corners of the mouth.
Eyes can be enhanced through a good mascara (i like our ultimate mascara the best on my site, although if you are younger you might like the lash lengthening for a more innocent, doe-eyed look). Try the Virtual Makeover to pick a model who looks most like you in coloring and see what colors best accentuate your features, skin and coloring. Use a lighter shade on your eyelids, a darker on the crease or fold of the eyelids, and a fun, shimmery type in the outside crease and back in along the outside eyelash line. The page's section on makeup tips has alittle video that can be of help. Properly applying eyeshadow can really make your eyes BEAUTIFUL.
Don't forget about your cheeks too. Some women have most beautiful cheekbones but forget to accentuate them through a soft cheek color. It can make your face really stand out in a crowd and make you look glamorous.
You can be soooo beautiful, believe in yourself!!

Go to a large department store, makeup boutique, or extended pharmacy and ask the women there to help you. They'll initially (of course) sell you the most expensive stuff, but you'll feel better about yourself and figure out how to cut corners later
