depends on what kind. if it is a male condom, they may put it o a dildo if they share it (to reduce spread of STDs) and they may use dental dams or something for oral to reduce the risk of STDs. i'm not saying that all lesbians have STDs, but there is no such thing as "safe sex" no matter what your orientation is.
