just highlight all the e-mails that you want on your memory stick, and hit copy, then paste them onto your mem. sitck

File, Save As, email, and point the program to the flash drive..

I suggest getting thunderbird portable. It doesn't need to be installed and can run off a flash drive. Just use it when checking your mail. It will serve your purpose as well as keep people out of your mail. There is a firefox portable also, you can always have your bookmarks with you.
