I don't know much about Hagel, other than his opposition to the Iraqi troop surge.
I'd have to see his positions on other issues.
Hillary is not what this country needs in the White House. That's a given.
In summary, I need more information, but lean towards Hagel.

Neither, but if they were they only two then hagel. He at least been to war and understands troops, clinton on the other hand is a women, enough said.
