Um, sure. Underwear are made of cotton and sperm can get through cotton. Why not just get some condoms?

Yes Yes Yes. Underwear made out of material such as cotton should never be used as a condom as it is not a great protection against pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases. Sperm are incredibly small and can easily penetrate the gaps between the fibers in the material. This is the reason why the old style sheep skin condoms do not work as well as the newer latex ones to prevent pregnancy. The only 100% guaranteed way to avoid pregnancy is abstinence. However, if you make the choice to have sex and are not looking to become pregnant, I would recommend, at the very least, a properly fitting latex condom with spermicidal gel used in accordance with the directions. You can lower the chances of pregnancy even more by using additional forms of birth control. This is just my advice and I am in no way a medical expert.
If you really want to find out about issues such as pregnancy, STD's, and forms of birth control and protection I would suggest looking up the closest planned parenthood location and seeing an expert.

Sperm can pass through the material that underwear is made. The chances are slim but it can still happen

Why would you want to do that? It probably will be very uncomfortable. And the answer is yes, because underwear is not waterproof as is a condom.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! seaman can get though cotton or those satin undies...The only sure way not to get pregnant is Abstance,condoms or birth control..None of those other methods that you hear from your friends like the pull out method doesnt work ..so play safe

no i dont think so i think the sperm might be killed by the underwear but you might want to take the morning after pill just to be sure
