yes Anna Nichole Smith is dead. She died like a week or two ago.

Anna Nicole Smith died two weeks okay, the official date is February 8, 2007, and the cause of death is not yet known. Examinations are still surfacing, and the father is yet to be determined. They've made a decision, though of where she'll be buried, which will be in the Bahamas next to her son Daniel, which is what she's always wanted.

I just answered another question kinda like this. Is she dead? It kinda makes you wonder doesn't it. THey are fighting over a body. No one can see the body. It's beginning to look to bad to see.
It kinda makes you wonder if there's more here that we don't know. Are they trying to pull something over on us? Until we see the dead body of Anna Nicole can we really believe she is dead? Or is she trying to pull a disappearance act?
I do believe that she is dead, but there's a part of me that wonders? This could all be an elaborant way for her to disappear and leave her alone. Think about it.

Yes she is dead and so sad are the affairs of her ill timed death. Having left behind a child that no one knows exactly who the father is, having left behind a will that does not exactly spell out her wishes and having left three pathetic parties to argue from now to eternity over countless legal affairs. So sad she does not rest in peace with dignity and so sad that her daughter will not know her. But my hope and prayer is that she will be taken care of by a loving individual that loves her not for the money for which she stands to gain, but for her as a beautiful child of god that needs love and care.
