There was a recent story in which an iguana was given medication that produced a stiff reaction if you catch my meaning. Apparently, the reaction did not subside causing a necessary, albeit sucky, removal of the affected organ. It mentioned the iguana would be okay because its other would still function normally. I would take this to mean it does have two.
I am not what is worse, you asking it or me for being able to answer it. To be an iguana for a day.
