My mom was a nurse and she had to wear white shoes all the time and always had to touch them up. Basically just go to your local grocery store and get either some Kiwi shoe whitener or Hollywood Sani-White shoe polish.

You can wash them in a sink with warm water and soap. DONT DONT UNDER ANY MEANS put them in the washing machine though. This will ruin them (believe me i tried). You can also try bleaching them but this doesnt always work. Sometimes it leaves the color weird. The other thing you can do is go to a shoe store and get shoe cleaner. Sometimes they have them specifically for flip flops. It works really well!

As with any shoe you can use whitening tooth paste to clean your shoes, even use a toothbrush to clean the shoes/flip flops.

If they don't have beads or anything, wash them in the machine. You could try bleaching them of they have nothing else on it. I have not tried that, it was just a thought.

If you bleach them well, they should turn out to be white again.
