I don't know of any but I've also found that advertising on the Internet for a construction business doesn't work. I tried it about 3 times and it did nothing. The local newspaper and handing out free ball caps with my logo and phone number is what did the trick for me.

I hate to break it to you, but just asking for free websites aren't the way to go. You need to target your audience. You have to be more specific in your advertising efforts, or you're completely wasting your time.
Do you have your own website? See if you can get together with a local hardware store and promote each other.

Most good and popular websites like http://2letservice.com or http://yahoo.com or http://google.com will NOT give your ads for free!! You can try less visited or new websites.
Sorry friend, but if you are doing business do not expect good things for FREE..ha ha ha...

craigslist is the last place where you find a quility contractor, scam and rip off artist, yup, but not a good one, i would use other methods to advertise you services if you are at even a quality minded contractor
