I have a dunk contest tomorrow that im entering.....?

do you know of anything that i can eat or drink that will give me lots of energy? i already know energy drinks lol

IDK but drink water so you're not filled up on sugar and you can get to sleep early. Right before the contest make a playlist full of songs that pump you up and watvh some NBA highlights that will motivate you. WHen someone challenges me I think about how bad LeBron or D-Wade would murder someone that challenged them and it motivates me to bring my A-Game

Ok well your contest has probably passed but if you're still ballin I have a few tips I use before I ball.

I play every Tues and Thurs, the night before drink lots of regular water, take a good multivitamin, and get a good amount of sleep. Also stretch, stretching might not seem that big of a deal, but if you stretch the day before it will help your hops the next day.

Then the next day, I usually eat either a cliff bar or one of those snickers marathon bars like 30minutes to an hour before. Also you can drink those vitamin waters, either the yellow energy or the red power-c.

Don't drink redbull or monsters or any of that crap, its so bad for you, all it is is sugar and caffeine. I think those drinks are more for like if your tired and you need to work or something, they aren't good for working out. But anyways drink a good amount of water on the day your going to play, and keep stretched, thats the best way to ball.

i guess some sports candy bars and red bull.lol.if your in a dunk contest before it starts make sure you can do all of the dunks you have been doing.something that really works is jumping over someone if you can do that. you also can listen to some music that pumps u up. Preferably rap or like.................death metal. thats basically all igot to say.good luck
