She claims she can see into the future, read minds and said she saw an angel. She is like 15% accurate and claims when she gets it wrong the person she is "reading" is lying or doesn't know the truth.

The supernatural does not exist. There are no ghosts, ghouls, or demons. Neither are there any angels or deities. It is not possible to communicate with dead people. Mind reading is not possible, because the brain is a DC electrical device, and radiative propagation is not possible with DC current.
No one can see the future, beyond a shrewd guess about some pretty obvious things. This is because the future does not yet exist.
So the way your question is worded, since there is no such thing as a "psychic," she is presumably a more or less harmless nut case. She may outgrow it.

She is either a con artist or psycho. What does she use to see into the future? NO ONE can tell you 100% your future bc its still undecided. There are still lots of choices that ones has to make on their own. The fact she says "the person she's reading is lying or doesn't know the truth" tells me she isn't that advanced.

Well, I can't tell you about the seeing-the-future part, that is something that is born with the person, it can't come out or be developed from night to day, but what I can tell you is about the angel part, I don't believe that in that part specifically she might be insane or psycho. I remember I prayed for quite some time to know who and how my guardian angel looked like, and I prayed for that to happen long enough that I dreamed of that angel one night. So, in that part I don't believe she is out of her mind

PSYCO ~ She shouldn't even be bragging about her gift even if she claims to have it. Nostradamus was quiet about his prophetic gift for fear of execution and he never once bragged about it and yet he was 98% accurate most of the time.
