If they banned the offside rule its a load of RUBBISH anyway how many people can understand it i CAN'T

if they banned the offside rule the some of the team would just goal hang in the area and wait for the long ball and just shoot at goal, that does not make it very competetive or skillfull just makes football rubbish and boring to watch. in football you must look atthe way they play the ball around how they beat the defence how when the make their runs and score beautiful goals

If they ban offsides then they should ban these rules in other sports...
false starts, spiking the ball, holding, pass interference in NFL.
charging and blocking in the NBA.
They should ban the entire sport of Baseball, just for being sooooo boring to watch on TV.
Offsides should never be banned.

no!!! if offside rule is banned. The players can just wait near the goal post for the ball and later score.

If there was no offside rule then everyone will be playing long balls to the front. and everyone will be camped just infront of the goal. What a stupid idea.

I don't know for how long you been watching football, but I can tell you that it is getting worse all the time. Today idols, like Ronaldinho. Rooney, C Ronaldo, Henry and Veron, to name just a few, couldn't compete with the players from years ago. And is very sad.

I think they should get rid of all the rules and just play lyk street football. u get hurt~u get hurt. that is football rite. I hate that the flag everything. when I play wit all my friends all we worry about is if u kill sum one or u get hurt bad and u have to go to the hospital then we worry about our parent bulls**t.
