I love castlevania for DS. Brain age and Big Brain Academy are also good ones but they can become a bore rather quickly. Tetris is another good one.

You don't like Mario?! Oh well, that aside, there's Nintendogs, Brain Age, Castlevania (both of them), and The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass is coming out soon, so that should be good.
