Grimby Town...their home ground is in Cleethorpes, which is the the other side of the Humber river to Grimsby.

I believe that is Grimsby Town, who play in Cleethorpes. AFC Wimbledon (Wimbledon FC) used to play at Plough Lane, Wimbledon, prior to groundsharing with Palace, to answer the first comment.

I'll take a stab at it and say its AFC Wimbledon. I believe they groundshare with Kingstonian at Kingsmeadow in Kingston-upon-Thames. Erik Samuelson the Finance Director said that they were happy at Kingsmeadow but it isn't home to them because the ground isn't in Wimbledon. I am sure someone will prove me wrong...

Chelsea actually play in Fulham, but I think the AFC Wimbledon or Grimsby Town theories seem more likely.
