Don't expect to find any for several factors.

1. they cost exorbitant amounts of money.
2. pharmaceutical companies can not trademark herbs and cannot make
money from them.
3. Since they can not trademark them; they have no reason to to tell the truth about herbal supplements

don't rely on the traditional medical field they purposely use poor quality without the active ingredients and do not use them at the proper dosage so they can claim they do not work.
GNC has books even Barnes and Noble
