I had my last period the w/o 1/21, started new pack of pills on 1/28, then I stopped pills around 2/8. I started bleeding for a couple days after that. Not sure when I should start my next period or ovulate. Wanting to know if that bleeding after I stopped pills was an actual period and do I count it as my period... trying to conceive.

My best gues sit that you would stay on a 28 days cycle since you body was regulated to it. I would start counting from the first day you started to bleed after you stopped the pill on 2/8. From that first day of bleeding count 28days and that should be when you are due for your next period. Good Luck.

It is difficult to tell u when is ur period when u juz went off the pill.. ur body need some time to dissolve the medication residue inside u and this may take months. You may be experience irregular periods for these few months before period stabilise. You may start by charting ur period cycles 1st and check ur vaginal mucus to see when u are ovulating.
