Even in colleges the subjects they teach are not much related with the working community expectations, why cant the education syllabus be changed accordingly, like aptitudes also as an additional practice.

due to this correspondence courses society is rottening
we need to fill greater values in educational systems
i am writeing since ten years i could not get through my colleagues my subordinates my servent maid every one got through by paying money then what is the value of being educated. they dont have got values.
we have to safe guard the true essence of education there will large gap of knowledge between two people having done same degree people who bought degrees dominating the one who passed it.
there wont be standards there wont be values there wont be morals there wont essence of being educated only nonsense will be left.
i have my sr officer he has done MBA (human resource management) cannot coordinate between 6 people that will be the fate
