Yes, it's actually quite simple to read. The first and last letters are in the right place but the middle letters are scrambled. If the word has only two or three letters than it's spelled correctly.

Yes I can read it.
This is also in Ripley's Believe it or Not in Orlando Florida.
Translation:
Only smart people can read this.

couldn't believe that i could actually understand what i was reading. The phenomanal power of the human mind, according to a research at Cambridge University, it doesn't matter in what order the letters in a word are, the only important thing is that the first and last letter be in the right place. the rest can be a total mess and you can still read it without a problem.

This is because the human mind does not read every letter by itself, but the word as a whole. Amazing huh? yeah and i always thought spelling was important! If you can read this pass it on! Pass It On!

Not all of it. I will translate the last paragraph.

This is because the human mind does not read every letter by itself but the word as a whole. Amazing huh? Yeah and I always thought spelling was important if you can read this pass it on?!!?? Pass it on.

It makes it easier that it is about this theory of writing and reading.

Yes I could read it, even with almost all the words jumbled up. I

guess that is how smart the brain is, it can decipher almost any

familiar words without think especially when some of the letters are

still in their right positions.

I LOOOOOVVVVEEEE my brain. lol
