lol, Dont stay strong, let her see that you are emotional too, it will make her feel more connected to you.

Using your wife's account?

Don't hide what you're going through. Let her know that you are going through as much of an emotional rollercoaster as she is. Let her know you are there for her, and that butterflies and cold feet aside, you genuinely want this.

The emotions you show will help her to connect with you (and you with her) on a deeper level - especially if they're genuine.

If you need to cry, do so - you will feel much better afterwards.

Your emotions are getting the best of you because you are also "pregnant". A lot of men get the ghost symptoms of pregnancy when their significant other is prego. She is doing an awesome thing for you, you're gonna be scared. Go through each appt with her and be there for her. There are also several good books for the non prego person to read to help you deal with your feelings too. My husband gained 60 pounds with our first daughter, because he had worse cravings than I did. I only gained 40, lol.... You'll get there, only a few more months. congrats and good luck to you!!

Watch alot of war movies during this time and just get her anything she wants to eat.
and by the way after your child is born this will seem like a walk on the beach. not to scare you or anything though. stay strong brother man.
