I have high speed internet, want to view a program on ABC.com in the Big screen format, and that pops up....never did in the past....

Bandwidth is how fast you can transer data over your internet connection. If your connection is supposed to be fast: dsl, cable. I recommend getting spybot search and destroy, adware se, and avg antivirus. Install and run all of them to make sure some malware isn't the problem. Then download drtcp. This will help you diagnose and tweak your internet connection. If that doesn't fix it find a site that offers a free bandwidth test (there are alot of them). Run the test and see if it is running at the speed your paying for. If not, I suggest checking all the cables, reseting the modem and router if you have one. If all elses fails make that 3 hour phone call to your isp.

It's the bit transfer rate ( SPEED ) of your Internet Connection..

most likely a spyware prompt ... but maybe its reffering to ur internet connection speed ... run a antispyware app ...
