For numbers 1,2 and 5 (and maybe 4, I forget) you have not correctly named the compound since these elements can have at least 2 oxidation states. for numbers 1,2 and 5 I have written the reactions for the 2 common oxidation states of the metal. (sodium is always = +1)
1. Co(NO3)2 + 2NaOH > Co(OH)2 + 2NaNO3
Co(NO3)3 + 3NaOH > Co(OH)3 + 3NaNO3
2. Cu2SO4 + 2NaOH > 2CuOH + Na2SO4
CuSO4 + 2NaOH > Cu(OH)2 + Na2SO4
3. AgNO3 + NaCl > AgCl + NaNO3
4 Ni(NO3)2 + 2NaOH >Ni(OH)2 + 2 NaNO3
5. Pb(NO3)2 + 2KI > PbI2 + 2KNO3
Pb(NO3)4 + 4KI > PbI4 + 4KNO3

1. Co(NO3)2 + 2 NaOH = 2 NaNO3 + Co(OH)2 (Cobaltous nitrate)
2. CuSO4 + 2NaOH = Na2SO4 + Cu(OH)2 (Cupric sulfate)
3. AgNO3 + NaCl = AgCl + NaNO3
4. Ni(NO3)2 + 2NaOH = Ni(OH)2 + 2 NaNO3
5. Pb(NO3)2 + 2KI = PbI2 + 2KNO3 (Plumbous nitrate)
