Tylenol Cold...the vodka would numb you for a little bit but the Tylenol has an 8 hour release it would last longer.

When I was last sick and had the upper respiratory infection and all I took a shot of good vodka, a shot of Robitussin DM, Two Tylenol and a shot of orange juice, mixed them together and boy did I sleep the whole night finally. Then my healing process started.
