They are both at the 66.6 N(Arctic Circle) and 66.6 S(Antarctic Circle) Latitude.

there not the artic circle is smilar but there are small cities surrounding it not like the antartica i live near the artic circle and there is a bunch of ice and too much snow

the artic and anartic circles are both located on the north and south poles of the earth and tend to be prodominatly covered in ice with little to no vegetation
