With all the electronic instruments, playing guitars while standing in water, it seems they would have gotten some kind of electrical shocks. but maybe the music was pre-recorded and non of the instruments were plugged in.

The band used wireless microphones powered by 9volt batteries. Very low voltage and no shock potential.
