I recently purchased a Team Talking Bench from Walmart stores that was recalled a couple of months later. I maled in the specified parts that were required, and I received a 50.00 coupon in the mail stating that I could only go online to redeem it. I have tried to find out how I can use the gift card, but so far, the site isnt telling me how to do so. I would appreciate any help that can be provided in order to help me solve this problem. Thanks. Oh! And I have already filled out an order request form stating the problem. Now I just need to figure out how to use the coupon. Thanks for listening! Maybe once you purchase the item from there website when you check out you should have an option of how to pay. Try that and if it doesnt work you should give them a call. I hope I was of some help! Good luck shopping!
