Has anyone seen the movie The Queen? If you have, was it good? Does it deserve an oscar?

It liked the movie,but in all sincerity,i dont think its all that oscar worthy.theres other movies out there that clearly earn the oscar nod,but not this one.nothing really remarkable about it.but in all,its still a good movie

Helen Mirrin deserves an Oscar for her portrayal of the Queen

It certainly does not!
While Helen Mirren played it straight as the Queen, the supporting cast played Tony Blair, The Duke of Edinburgh etc like some comedy impressions show!

I have seen it. Great film. Deserves Best Picture, in my opinion.
It will be very surprising if Helen Mirren does not garner the Best Actress award. She was excellent as the Queen.

Well, i liked it, and i think it deserves one. it was really good. sad, in my opinion.
