Well, i would suggest that you both get tested first. If that comes back ok and you are both committed then sure, why not.
Ignore these people who think you will get HIV, if you are both "clean" commited into a relationship I can see no problem.

That is a difficult choice, and one that many gay couples have. The blanket answer "Yes, you should always use protection" doesn't feel appropriate in a monogamous HIV-negative gay couple.

BUT

There is still the risk that someone will stray and play outside the relationship. I thought probably pretty much the same as you: my spouse and I were monogamous, both HIV negative, and neither of us would cheat, so we didn't use protection. After 10 years together we broke up, and I found out after he left that he did indeed cheat. Luckily I am still negative (and he can drop dead for all I care). But I consider myself extremely fortunate to have come through that clean.

The number of past sex partners shouldn't enter into your decision if you both have a clean bill of health. But you can never be certain that some drunken night someone won't slip up and have that one encounter that transmits HIV.

The choice is yours.

Yes! You should always. And him too with the rest of you all. Its for full protection from any disease. Take a good health care, ok.

If you feel unsure what might happen then yes but I don't think you have to worry about using protection. Good luck! ^____^ !

Do you mean that he had 2 boyfriends before you?
He is clean. Do you mean he has had at least two blood tests and that he is seronegative, tested negative for hepatitis B & C, syphilis, gonorrhea, etc?
If so, and you are sure you are in a relationship just with him, sure why not have unprotected sex?

You should always use protection irrespective if they have a BF or GF.

Yes, you should continue to use protection.

Remember when you get intimate with him you are "doing it with all the other guys he has done it with".

The same, of course, goes for you as well.
