I know there is a radio telescope array down in Socorro NM. I'm not sure if this NASA spitzer space telescope is related or not. Can anybody help. benboo53

The Spitzer area telescope is names after Lyman Spitzer. there became absolutely a contest. Herschel would've been awesome, because he discovered the infrared and its an infrared telescope - yet that had already been taken by an upcoming eu area Telescope. I said Hoyle after Fred Hoyle....

The nasa spitzer space telescope orbits the earth and sees in infrared. Not related to the radio array at all.
