Anyone ever died...?

in maybe the last 10 to 15 years, has anyone ever accidentally or surprisingly died while on a reality TV show?

I don't think so. But John Ritter died while on the set of his show "8 Simple Rules". That was really sad. :(

How would we know whould they actually show someone dying. that doesn't mean good ratings
