If anyone out there lives in California, do you think we are overdue for an earthquake? I live on the San Andreas fault, and I think we are.

Yes, as they say, we are definitely overdo for some "thunder in the ground" as i call earth quakes. But you know, i don't worry about it to much. Just try to be prepared for it by stowing canned goods, water and other supplies. When she goes, she goes, lets just hope its not to severe.

HI!

I live directly on the fault. I get notified from the place thaqt has all the equipment when there is an earthquake. we have them so often sometimes 4-5 a week. small ones. I hope we dont have a biog one. I am in Palm Springs!

For the past 20 (since 1980) years "experts" have been saying we will have a big one in the next 20 years (by year 2000), so yes, we are due.
Don't be scared, everything will work itself out.

I am not in California.
An earthquake never follows any schedule. May be tomorrow there's one or may ne the next shock comes after 500 years.

yes, we are! I live on it as well I was just saying to my hubby that the cat is acting funny and usually an earthquake happens when she acts wierd!

yeah, i have earthquake insurance so as long as my dog and i make it thru the quake I will be ok.
we have not even had a small one for a long time.

I've been hearing that for 39 yrs and it hasn't happened, but yes, if could happen tomorrow or in a hundred years.
