Its in Las Ventura air port. You will see a large garage that opens in about 20 seconds then you will see the largest plane you can ride in GTA.

In the las venturas airport there is a very wide hangar i think in the northwest corner. when you get close enough it starts to open like a normal garage. inside is a HUGE 747.

in the garage of Las Venturas u should try Saints Row its kinda the same

the 747, you can spawn it from a cheat code, i tried to find the code for you, but i couldn't find it sorry.
