Thor (It'd be about even without Thor's hammer, but with it, he'd slaughter Superman)
Doomsday (This could go on for months, and I'm not sure it would end, but you can't beat Doomsday for long)
Captain America (super-soldier serum and experience; they've been dead even in all of their match-ups so far, but that's just to appease Bats' huge fan base.)
Electra (she's beaten death how many times now?)
Wonder Woman (I don't even know or care about this one)
Vision (he's just cooler, ok?)
Flash (most Flash versions are significantly faster than Quicksilver)
Namor (He's gone toe to toe with the Hulk and lived to brag about it. That Superfriends reject doesn't stand a chance.)
Silver Surfer (The only lantern that might've even been in his league was Parallax.)
Ghost Rider (Lobo's done alot of bad things. The penance stare would do a number on him.)
Sabertooth (This guy has given Wolverine grief for decades, Grundy will be easy)
Dr. Doom (not in a fair fight, but it's Doom, so it'll never be a fair fight)
Red Skull (The Joker's crazy, but he's not a tactician like the Red Skull, and he has hired goons, not an army.)

Superman would beat Thor and might even be able to use Thor's hamer as he did in JLA/Avengers Superman wins.
Doomsday can beat Superman and Superman beat Hulk in DC vs Marvel so this goes to Doomsday.
Batman vs Captain America was a draw in DC vs Marvel and will be so again.
Electra is better trained and Is an assian so she would wipe the floor with Catwoman.
Wonder Woman is stronger and has het unbreakable lasso and her braclets that can deflect any energy blast that Ms Marvel can send her way.
The previous Flash beat Quicksilver and I think that Bart though not quite as fast as Wally is still much faster than Quicksilver thus Flash will win.
Martain Manhunter has way more powers and experiance than does Vision and will figure a way to defeat vision with all his powers.
Namor is a much stronger person than Aquaman but I think the abilty to get sea life to aid him gives the edge to Aquaman.
Silver Surfer vs Green Lanter depends on which Green Lantern you are talking about if it is Hal or Kyle I think Green Lantern will win because of stonger will but if it is John his will can be shaken by memmories of his failure and he will loose, if it is Guy his cockyness will be his down fall and if it is Alan Scott I do not think that he has the raw power in his ring to win.
Lobo vs ghost Rider is one I would love to see I give the edge to Ghost Rider because he is part demon where as Lobo is all alien.
Solomon Grundy would beet Sabertooth to a pulp but Sabertooth's healing factor will let him come back and win by just hacking away at Solomon Grudy.
Dr. doom is evil personified but so is Darksied and Darksied has his Omega effect that will give him the victory.
Red Skull vs The Joker is evil vs insanity and evil in one I give the edge to the one who is insane and that is The Joker.
Final score is DC 8 Marvel 3 with 1 draw and one that can go either way depending on whitch Green Lantern is in the fight. This means DC wins.

Superman
The Hulk. If Doomsday can kick Superman's *** and Superman can kick the Hulk's ***, then it's only logical.
Captain America won this fight, and it makes sense, he's sooped up.
Electra. She's much more deadly.
Wonder Woman
dunno either of these characters
The Flash. He's faster and has more experience.
Aquaman. He has control of all the animals in the friggin ocean.
Silver Surfer. He's practically immortal and doesn't have the crutch of that silly ring. But I think Green Lantern won in this fight previously.
Tough call. Ghost Rider's virtually invincible, but Lobo's pretty tough... I'll go with Lobo
Dunno who solomon is, so I'll go with Sabertooth.

are you talking like who would win? then here are my guesses.
Superman vs. [Thor] It only takes a chunk of kryptonite to beat superman, and everbody has that.
Doomsday vs. [The Hulk] Mainly because I don't know much about Doomsday
[Batman vs. Captain America] this is anyone's guess, cause neither has anything impressive.
[Electra] vs. Catwomen Electra has actual combat skills
[Ms. Marvel vs. Wonder Women] Fairly even match from what I know
Mr. Vision vs. The Martain Man hunter ... not a clue who wither one is
[Quicksilver] vs. The Flash really, it only takes a weel placed pipe held straight out to take out the flash
[Namor] vs. Aquaman cause i don't want to believe there is anybody worse than Aquaman
Silver Surfer vs. [Green Latern] His sidekick was Bruce Lee, he needs no other qualities
Lobo vs. [Ghost Rider] I can't think of a cheaper fighter than GR, he uses chains, and not many people take too many hits before calling it a day.
[Sabertooth] vs. Solomon Grundy No clue who Solomon is so Sabertooth
[Dr. Doom] vs. Darkseid He has to win eventually
[Red Skull] vs. The Joker Sorry gotta be the skull, no reason here
