No. You die. It takes quite something else to bring the dead back to life.

If life is the eternal energy of the universe, then we agree. But since I don't accept the initial premise then we disagree.

The inertia and momentum imparted on matter at the moment of the Big Bang is the eternal energy of the universe. You and I are diddly squat in the scheme of things. We will die, rot and someday be part of the next Big Bang.

Have a good day.

Life is infinite and so is the Universe, but only God(Energy=Light) is eternal. Of course, there are other kinds of energy(sound, heat, etc), but they're all included in the light.

We "live and we die" and you could compare this with entropy, if you want to find a way in Science. You're born with a lot of energy and as you age (entropy increases) or you lose energy until you run out of it and die!0!

Oh well, take it easy!

I think that's a scientific argument for a soul. We are dead, we decompose, energy can't be created or destroyed so where does it end up? Maybe our "energy" is a soul. Who knows? I'm not saying I'm right, but it's interesting to think about.

You die.

When you melt down a gold statue into an ingot, you no longer have the statue even though you have the gold.

When you die, you no longer have life even though the "energy" that once supported it persists.

Of course we don't. Energy is constant, but matter is not.
