Have sex during ger most fertile time usually 14 days after the first day of her period. Remember that wearing boxers is best while trying to conceive and dont take hot baths or hot tubs. Good Luck..also drink a lot of water and take a multi-vitamin

Try these few things: first use the missionary position with her bottom propped up on a few pillows, angleing her down so that your sperm pools at the back side of her vagina. The other thing to try is this, go for a second or third go around, the newest produced sperm are more energetic and they tend to get to where they need to be better. One more quick note, after you are all done, have her lay as still as she can for about 1/2 hour, still propped up. If she has an orgasim, she is also more likely to get pregnant. At least these are the things that were suggested to me when my wife and I had problems with the same thing. We now have a 3 year old beautiful baby girl.

For every person it is different because there are many factors that affect fertility. Factors such as: timing sex it is best to have sex a few day before she ovulates; nutrition is very important for both of you; being well rested; reducing stress; wearing boxer shorts; avoiding saunas, hot showers, and baths.

correct positions where the semen won't flow back out her vagina. Those positions I never did with my girlfriends, because well I don't need no kids, but you surely do. Keep doing it and doing it, fill her up with love juice and best of luck to you both.

THIS MIGHT SOUND A BIT FUNNY BUT WHEN WE WERE TRYING TO GET PREGNANT MY HUBBY WOULD MAKE HIMSELF CARROT JUICE EVERY MORNING AND ONE AT NIGHT BUT IT HAS TO BE NATURAL, DO YOU HAVE A JUICER?????
