Ayer's Rock (largest rock on Earth), the Sydney Opera House, the Great Barrier Reef, and I would say the Crocodile Hunter, bless his soul, but that isn't what a teacher would want to hear about.

Raising sheep. Haven't you ever watched sheep being shorn of their wool. The Aussies have contests to see who can shear the most the fastest.
