If you really are in to what they seem to be or what they look like "yes"! You can! The reason is for that is quite simple for a couple of reasons one is that you really like they're appeareance,you could like there personality...etc. So if you like the person and they are what you are really looking for than sure you could be very interested in that person...Steve-0 out!

of course not i do that all the time. it usually means that you wish you had a chance to get to know them better and now that they're not around you can't, so it makes it sad
